We are looking for supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join school teams nationwide. In these roles, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities, help manage pupil behaviour, and provide individual or group support to students who need additional help. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and contributing to students’ academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

• Help prepare learning materials and resources

• Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN), if required

• Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities (e.g. lunch, playtime, school trips)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children learn

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Experience working with children (in a school setting preferred)

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not always essential
