hour Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking Recruitment Consultants in various construction roles, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs and sourcing top talent, to coordinating interviews and securing successful placements. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the best possible match, while building strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client business opportunities
Write and post job adverts across various platforms
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills and experience
Manage the interview process and provide feedback to both clients and candidates
Negotiate job offers and terms of employment
Maintain client and candidate relationships for long-term success
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
