We are seeking proactive and organised Construction Recruitment Resourcers to support a recruitment team in sourcing high-quality candidates for roles across the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent construction positions. You will work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and referrals

• Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and suitability

• Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool

• Support consultants with candidate shortlisting and job matching

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

• Assist with compliance checks and onboarding processes

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or construction resourcing (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Confident using recruitment systems and online job platforms

• Knowledge of the construction industry and related roles is advantageous
